1) Good wear resistance
Place water containing a large amount of mud and sand into the tube for a comparative test of rotational wear. The wear depth of the inner wall of the test tube is as follows: 0.53mm for steel pipes coated with tar and enamel, 0.2mm for steel pipes coated with epoxy resin and tar, and 0.21mm for steel pipes treated with surface hardening. Therefore, FRP transparent tiles have good wear resistance.
2) Corrosion resistance
FRP transparent tiles can resist the erosion of acids, alkalis, salts, seawater, untreated sewage, corrosive soil or groundwater, and many chemical fluids. FRP transparent tiles are non-toxic, non rusting, odorless, non secondary pollution to water quality, and non corrosive. Therefore, anti-corrosion roof walls are widely used.

5) Lightweight, high strength, convenient transportation and installation.
The specific gravity of fiberglass tiles produced by fiber extrusion process is 1.65-2.0, which is only 1/4 of steel. However, the circumferential tensile strength of fiberglass tiles is 180-300MPa, and the axial tensile strength is 60-150MPa, which is similar to alloy steel. Therefore, its specific strength (strength/specific gravity) is 2-3 times that of alloy steel, which can be designed to meet various requirements of internal and external pressure according to different user requirements, and is a lightweight material.

It still has good toughness and extremely high strength at -30 ℃, and can be used for a long time within the range of －50 ℃ —80 ℃. Specially formulated resins can also work above 110 ℃.
8) The lighting of the product is scattered, with soft light and high transmittance, which can effectively block the vast majority of ultraviolet rays.
9) The product belongs to flammable materials and can quickly burn in the event of a fire, expelling strong smoke indoors, which can reduce fire casualties. The product does not produce molten droplets during the combustion process, effectively protecting the safety of on-site personnel.
There are three different forms of lighting on the walls of industrial factories using FRP transparent roof tile, namely: overall wall lighting, window opening lighting, and strip lighting.
Especially suitable for roof lighting applications that do not allow anti drip phenomena, such as agricultural greenhouses, where water droplets may cause crop damage. This innovative product has an ultraviolet resistant coating on the outer surface, while a specialized hydrophilic coating is used on the inner surface. This hydrophilic coating can create tension on the surface of the tile, reduce the contact angle between water and the sheet, and thus condense water droplets. Finally, only a thin layer of water mist forms on the inner surface of the board, which neither drips nor affects the excellent transparency of the product.
