Resin tile, also known as synthetic resin tile, is made of resin as the main raw material through a special synthetic process.It is with high weather resistance engineering resin ASA + PVC base material made by four layers co-extrusion technology a new type of roofing tile, widely used in all kinds of permanent building roof decoration.
Synthetic resin tile is a rigid and flexible light roof tile, light weight, high strength, high toughness, a variety of styles, in addition to waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, flame retardant, sound insulation, heat insulation, not easy to fade and other advantages.
1. Long life & No fading
Synthetic resin product is suitable to any kind of weather environment, its natural life span can reach more than 30 years, 2-3 times of other roof tile products.
2. Acoustic and heat insulation, non flammable
Test show that our product can absorb noise when it is rainy and windy, even hailstorm. Very good acoustic and heat insulation effect. It is testified at B1 level by National Fire Prevention Department for non-flammable character, and flammable character reach A grade to avoid fire.
3. Excellent Anti-corrosiveness character
The synthetic resin tile is coated with ASA material which can not be corroded by rains and snow, and resist the corrosion from acid, alkali and salt.
4. Waterproof
The resin material is compact and doesn’t absorb water, its waterproof character is much better than earth tile, concrete tile and glass tile.
5. Excellent self-cleaning performance
Synthetic resin tile surface smooth, dense with "lotus effect", itself is not easy to absorb dust, once the rains washed out and clean as new, tile surface dirt won't appear the phenomenon of refute, after being washed off and not easy to hang the snow, reduce the risk of collapse caused by the heavy snow load.

After the construction of the leveling layer of synthetic resin tiles is completed, timely maintenance should be carried out, and the maintenance time should not be less than 14 days. It is strictly prohibited to chisel or press heavy objects on it. Before installation, use a 2m ruler to check the flatness. The allowable deviation for the surface flatness of the leveling layer is 5mm. |
